Discuss ERP with Bevica consultants at our event

Join the EPR conversation

1st October 2026
Fero headquarters, Ganton Street, London
This October

Extended Producer Responsibility

Extended Producer Responsibility is reshaping how drinks businesses manage packaging data, reporting obligations and future compliance costs. But for many organisations, the challenge is not simply understanding the legislation. It is working out what EPR means in practice.
On 1 October, Bevica and Fero are hosting two in-person EPR events at Fero’s headquarters in London. Each event is designed for a different type of conversation, giving you the opportunity to attend the session that is most relevant to your business, or to join us for both.
Event 1 : Bevica EPR Roundtable

A collaborative discussion for Bevica customers

The Bevica EPR Roundtable is a small-group session for wine merchants, importers, distributors and producers who want to compare approaches, share practical experiences and discuss the realities of EPR with peers.

This is not a presentation and it is not a webinar. It is an open, practical conversation with other Bevica customers and the Bevica team about what is working, what is proving difficult and where businesses need clearer systems, processes and support.

The session will also help shape our understanding of where customers need the most support and influence future EPR-related developments within Bevica.

Interested in attending? Contact the Bevica team to request a place at the roundtable.

Bevica consultants will be talking at the ERP roundtable

What we'll cover

  1. How ready are we for EPR? We will look at what EPR means in practice and how prepared the industry feels.
  2. From packaging data to practical compliance. We will discuss how businesses are managing packaging information, reporting obligations and day-to-day compliance.
  3. What should technology do next? We will explore what Bevica functionality, reporting and automation would make the biggest difference moving forward.

Numbers for the roundtable will be intentionally limited so the group can have an open, useful discussion and everyone has the opportunity to contribute. There will also be time to continue the conversation over dinner after the session.

Event 2: Navigating EPR: what every drinks business needs to know

An evening panel discussion with Fero, Bevica and the WSTA

In partnership with Fero, Bevica is hosting an evening panel discussion on the wider impact of EPR on the drinks industry.

This event is aimed at organisations that want to better understand the challenges, opportunities and practical implications of EPR. The discussion will bring together industry perspectives, real-world experience and practical advice to help businesses navigate a fast-moving area of compliance.

Whether you are already deep into your EPR planning or are only beginning to understand what it means for your organisation, the panel will give you a clearer view of how others in the sector are approaching the challenge.

Why attend?

  • Hear perspectives from industry specialists and practitioners, including Freddie Joosten, Associate Director of Environment Policy, WSTA
  • Understand the operational impact of EPR
  • Learn how businesses are managing packaging data and reporting requirements
  • Explore available approaches and technologies
